UCalgary Course Experience Surveys

Reporting course experiences
Faculties and departments have their own UCES administrators, who work with the instructors to provide course experience survey results for their use. UCES results can be considered releasable, non-releasable or no survey.
- Administrators, deans and department heads can see results that are releasable and specific to their area.
- Students can see all releasable results for all courses.
- Instructors can see all of their own results, regardless of releasable or non-releasable.
The Office of Institutional Analysis (OIA) offers Explorance Blue resources through Microsoft Teams. You can email them to be added to the Blue User Group for future resources and updates.
